These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, ticketing services, events, promotions, communications, and other services provided by Stier Events LLC, operating as California Taco Festival, also branded as California Taco Fest and formerly known as Paso Robles Taco Festival ("California Taco Festival," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply to CaliTacoFest.com and any other website, registration page, ticketing page, application, promotion, or digital service operated by or on behalf of California Taco Festival.

By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, submitting an application, participating in an event, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About California Taco Festival

California Taco Festival is an event and entertainment brand operated by Stier Events LLC.

California Taco Festival was formerly known as Paso Robles Taco Festival. References to Paso Robles Taco Festival, Paso Taco Fest, California Taco Fest, or California Taco Festival in prior transactions, communications, ticket records, promotional materials, or event materials may refer to the same event organization operated by Stier Events LLC, as applicable.

2. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets, submit applications, enter into contracts, or make purchases through our website unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Minors may attend California Taco Festival events when permitted by the applicable event rules. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of any minor in their care.

Certain areas, activities, products, beverages, contests, or experiences may have separate age restrictions.

Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased, possessed, or consumed by persons who are at least 21 years of age and who provide valid government issued identification when requested.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, accounts, ticketing systems, payment systems, or other technology.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of our website.

• Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or similar technology to collect information or purchase tickets without our written authorization.

• Use our website to transmit fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, harmful, malicious, or otherwise prohibited content.

• Misrepresent your identity or provide false or misleading information.

• Use California Taco Festival branding, content, or intellectual property without authorization.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Ticket Purchases and Event Registration

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and any additional terms displayed during checkout.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the ticket price, applicable taxes, service charges, processing fees, and other disclosed charges.

A ticket does not guarantee admission if the ticket is fraudulent, duplicated, canceled, refunded, obtained through an unauthorized source, or otherwise invalid.

Tickets may not be duplicated, counterfeited, altered, or reproduced for unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to establish ticket limits and to cancel orders that we reasonably believe were made fraudulently, through automated purchasing systems, or in violation of stated ticket limits.

5. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Tickets are intended for use by the purchaser and their authorized guests.

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes, used in an unauthorized promotion, giveaway, sweepstakes, contest, advertising campaign, or bundled with other products or services without our prior written permission.

Any permitted ticket transfer remains subject to these Terms and the terms of the applicable ticketing provider.

We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third party sellers.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, Postponements, and Rescheduled Events

Except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law, ticket purchases are final.

If an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or materially changed, refund rights will be provided in accordance with applicable law and any applicable ticketing provider requirements.

When an event is canceled, purchasers will receive any refund required by applicable law.

When an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchasers may be entitled to request a refund as required by applicable law.

Processing fees, service fees, delivery fees, taxes, and other charges may be treated separately from the ticket price depending on applicable law and the policies of the ticketing provider.

Refunds, when approved or legally required, will generally be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

California Taco Festival is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging expenses, transportation expenses, lost wages, parking costs, or other expenses incurred in connection with an event unless otherwise required by law.

7. Event Schedule and Programming Changes

Events are live experiences and are subject to change.

California Taco Festival reserves the right to modify event hours, entertainment, performers, activities, competitions, vendors, food providers, sponsors, attractions, layouts, schedules, parking procedures, entrances, exits, or other event features.

The appearance or participation of a particular vendor, performer, sponsor, attraction, food provider, celebrity, personality, or other participant is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Changes to individual attractions, vendors, entertainment, schedules, or programming do not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund unless required by applicable law.

8. Weather, Emergencies, and Events Beyond Our Control

California Taco Festival may modify, delay, suspend, relocate, postpone, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside our control.

These circumstances may include severe weather, wildfire, smoke, flooding, natural disasters, utility failures, acts of government, public safety concerns, public health emergencies, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, venue restrictions, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, or other circumstances that make conducting the event unsafe, impractical, or unlawful.

Refunds or credits resulting from these situations will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the applicable event refund policy.

9. Event Admission and Security

Admission is subject to compliance with event rules, venue rules, these Terms, and instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, law enforcement, fire personnel, medical personnel, and venue representatives.

For safety and security purposes, guests and their belongings may be subject to lawful security screening before or during entry.

Prohibited items may vary by event and venue.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse admission or remove any person who:

• Engages in violent, threatening, abusive, dangerous, disruptive, or unlawful conduct.

• Harasses event guests, staff, vendors, volunteers, performers, or participants.

• Is visibly intoxicated or creates a safety concern.

• Attempts to enter restricted or unauthorized areas.

• Possesses prohibited items.

• Damages property.

• Interferes with event operations.

• Violates event, venue, or safety rules.

A person removed for violating event rules may not be entitled to a refund.

10. Alcohol

Alcohol may be available at certain California Taco Festival events through properly authorized providers.

Guests must be at least 21 years old and may be required to present valid government issued identification.

We and our alcohol service providers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any person when appropriate or required by law.

Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and arranging safe transportation.

Providing alcohol to a minor or purchasing alcohol on behalf of a minor is prohibited.

11. Food, Allergies, and Independent Vendors

California Taco Festival includes food vendors, restaurants, caterers, food trucks, beverage providers, and other independent businesses.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, these vendors are independently operated and are responsible for the preparation, handling, ingredients, labeling, and service of their products.

Food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish.

Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, or other food related concerns should speak directly with the individual vendor before purchasing or consuming food or beverages.

California Taco Festival cannot guarantee that any food, beverage, preparation area, or vendor environment will be completely free of allergens or cross contact.

12. Assumption of Event Risks

Attendance at live festivals and public events involves certain inherent and unavoidable risks.

These may include crowds, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, loud music, cooking equipment, temporary structures, food and beverages, traffic, vehicles, slips and falls, interactions with other guests, and other conditions ordinarily associated with festivals and large public gatherings.

By attending, you voluntarily accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with participating in a live public event.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, release, or limit any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

Certain competitions, demonstrations, activities, contests, or experiences may require participants to sign an additional release or waiver before participating.

13. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, California Taco Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property.

Lost property may be turned over to event staff, venue management, or law enforcement as appropriate.

14. Photography, Video, and Recording

California Taco Festival events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded by Stier Events LLC, media representatives, sponsors, vendors, guests, and authorized content creators.

By entering an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, audio recordings, or other media captured in public areas of the event.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant Stier Events LLC and its authorized partners permission to photograph, film, record, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance for legitimate event, promotional, advertising, archival, social media, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

A parent or legal guardian attending with a minor acknowledges that the minor may also appear incidentally in event photography or recordings.

We cannot guarantee that any guest will be excluded from crowd shots, background photography, news coverage, or recordings made by other attendees.

Unauthorized commercial photography, filming, livestreaming, or recording may be restricted.

15. Contests, Promotions, and Special Activities

Sweepstakes, contests, eating competitions, giveaways, demonstrations, VIP experiences, or other special activities may be governed by additional official rules, eligibility requirements, waivers, or participation agreements.

If additional rules apply, those rules will control with respect to the specific activity.

16. Vendors, Sponsors, and Third Parties

California Taco Festival may feature independent vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, restaurants, service providers, performers, and other third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these parties are independent entities and are responsible for their own products, services, statements, transactions, and business practices.

Purchases made directly from a vendor or other third party may be governed by that party's own terms, refund policies, and privacy practices.

Vendor, exhibitor, sponsor, performer, and participant applications may also be subject to separate agreements.

17. Email and SMS Communications

If you provide your email address or mobile phone number and consent to receive marketing communications, California Taco Festival or Stier Events LLC may send you event announcements, promotional offers, ticket information, reminders, and other communications consistent with your consent.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided in the applicable email.

Where SMS messaging is offered, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP or by using another reasonable opt out method provided with the message.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing a ticket unless otherwise clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

Transactional communications concerning an existing purchase, safety issue, event update, refund, or other service related matter may be treated differently from promotional communications as permitted by law.

Please review our Privacy Policy and any separate SMS Terms and Conditions for additional information regarding communications and the use of personal information.

18. Intellectual Property

All content made available through California Taco Festival websites and official marketing channels, including logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, text, artwork, event names, branding, website content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Stier Events LLC unless otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, publish, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.

The names California Taco Festival, California Taco Fest, and associated logos and branding may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without our written approval.

19. Content Submitted to Us

If you voluntarily submit photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, social media content, contest entries, or other content to California Taco Festival for publication or promotional use, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

Unless separate terms state otherwise, you grant Stier Events LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and share the submitted content for legitimate business, promotional, event, and marketing purposes.

You retain ownership of your original content.

20. Third Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third party websites, ticketing systems, payment processors, social media platforms, sponsors, vendors, hotels, transportation providers, or other outside services.

These services are operated independently from Stier Events LLC.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, products, or services offered by third parties.

Your use of a third party service is subject to that third party's terms and policies.

21. Website Availability and Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate and current information, but we do not guarantee that our website will always be uninterrupted, error free, complete, or current.

Event information, pricing, availability, schedules, and other website content may occasionally contain errors or require updates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties not expressly provided by us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stier Events LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services.

Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular ticket purchase or transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Stier Events LLC for the applicable ticket, product, or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stier Events LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of our website or services.

This provision does not require you to indemnify any party for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

24. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website, registrations, accounts, applications, or services when we reasonably believe a person has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, created a security or safety risk, or engaged in unlawful conduct.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, because Stier Events LLC is organized and operated as a Texas company.

However, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer, ticket purchaser, or event attendee of mandatory rights or protections provided by California law or any other law that applies to a particular transaction or event.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or services provided by Stier Events LLC shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.

Where applicable law requires that a matter be heard in another jurisdiction or provides a consumer with rights that cannot be contractually waived, those requirements will control.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

27. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

28. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

Stier Events LLC may assign its rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change in event ownership, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our events, business practices, technology, legal requirements, or services.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Changes will become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

Your continued use of our website or services following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

30. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how Stier Events LLC and California Taco Festival collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable ticket terms, SMS Terms and Conditions, contest rules, participation waivers, vendor agreements, and any other agreement specifically applicable to a transaction or activity, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Stier Events LLC regarding those services.
